Defining Attributes

Definition

The density of rehabilitation beds and rehabilitation day programme places (as funded/allocated to services) which are reserved specifically for rehabilitation clients in the country at one point in time. These are commonly in rehabilitation hospitals, centres, units and wards, and are used for people requiring more intense and specialised rehabilitation care. This measure is used as tracer criteria for availability of rehabilitation services.
