Proportion of patients with established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) who participate in a cardiac rehabilitation programme following an acute cardiovascular event or an elective revascularisation procedure.
Numerator
Number of patients with established ASCVD who are referred to cardiac rehabilitation programme at the time of hospital discharge following an acute cardiovascular event or an elective revascularisation procedure.
Denominator
Number of patients with established ASCVD following an acute cardiovascular event or an elective revascularisation procedure who have not refused referral to cardiac rehabilitation programme.
