Definition

Healthcare centres should participate in a registry or common database to record clinical data relevant to cardiovascular risk [body mass index (BMI), blood pressure (BP), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c), and renal function)] for patients with established or high risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD).

Numerator

Healthcare centres or units involved in the management of patients with established or high risk for ASCVD that participate in a registry or common database to record patients' BMI, BP, LDL-C, HbA1c, and renal function.

Denominator

This is a binary measure. The target population is all healthcare centres involved in the management of patients with established or high risk for ASCVD.
