Defining Attributes

Definition

The proportion of districts that routinely collect rehabilitation information and include it in the District Health Management Information System (DHMIS), which collates and synthesizes data from across health facilities and programmes in the district. This indicator requires that a minimum rehabilitation dataset be established for collection and inclusion in the DHMIS; the indicator measures compliance with this dataset across districts in a specified period of time, e.g. collated quarterly over 12 months.

Numerator

Number of districts collecting a minimum rehabilitation dataset and including it in the District Health Management Information System each quarter over 12 months.

Denominator

Total number of districts, x 4 (quarterly).
