Numerator

Frequency distribution of modified Rankin scores for each patient at time of discharge from acute care and at three months post stroke onset. [(We will later use data to categorise MRS 0-2, MRS 0-5, or MRS 0-6.)]

Denominator

Number of stroke and transient ischaemic attack (TIA) patients admitted to an inpatient acute care hospital, and discharged alive.
