Defining Attributes

Definition

Total national rehabilitation expenditure as the percentage of total national health expenditure. Total health expenditure is the sum of total private and public spend on health in the country annually. Both of these are operationally defined through the system of National Health Accounts, which should be in line with the WHO recommended System of Health Accounts (SHA), 2011.
