Definition

Percentage of patients with intracerebral haemorrhage who were assessed for, or who received, rehabilitation services (inferred).

Numerator

Number of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of ischaemic stroke or spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage or subarachnoid haemorrhage who were assessed for the need for occupational, physical, and/or speech rehabilitation services at or prior to acute inpatient discharge.

Denominator

Number of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of ischaemic stroke or spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage or subarachnoid haemorrhage.
