Definition
Diagnosis of a myocardial infarction (MI).
Numerator
The total number of scheduled centre-based exercise sessions attended during cardiac rehabilitation (CR) among enrolled patients. Enrolment is defined as patient attendance at a first CR program visit.
Denominator
The total number of exercise sessions offered or prescribed to enrolled patients for a given scheduled centre-based CR program, to the point where a patient is discharged from the program.
