All calls received by the provider via the designated NHS 111 receiving numbers for the contract area, or location unknown. A call is considered received at the point at which it is delivered to the provider. This is after any nationally mandated pre-recorded messages on the national platform and before any pre-queue welcome and confidentiality messages and call steering Interactive Voice Response (IVR) commissioned locally (either through local or national platforms).
