Definition
The indicator provides information on the waiting time for elective outpatient medical visits (physician) in primary health care that exceeds 3 months from contact as a percentage of all elective outpatient appointments kept. The waiting time is calculated from the first contact made to the completed procedure. The indicator includes Register of Primary Health Care visits (AvoHILMO) visits, which contain waiting time monitoring data. The indicator describes the situation in October.
