Definition

The indicator gives the percentage (%) of all patients with a non-urgent nurses and health care nurses appointment in primary health care outpatient care who were not admitted to an appointment within one week. The indicator shows the situation in March.

Numerator

Number of patients with a non-urgent nurses and health care nurses appointment in outpatient primary care who where not admitted within three months.

Denominator

Total number of patients scheduled for a non-urgent nurses and health care nurses appointment in outpatient primary care.
