Definition
The indicator shows the percentage of people aged 20 or over who would have needed nurse's or public health nurse's appointment services but were unable to get the services or were provided with insufficient services. Those aged 20 or over with a relatively low level of education are examined. The relative level of education has been calculated for each decade of age based on the years of education indicated by the respondents to the FinSote study. Based on the question: "Do you feel you received enough of the following health care services in the previous 12 months?" The items in the battery of questions included "nurse's or public health nurse's appointment services"
