Definition

The indicator shows the percentage of people aged 65 or over who would have needed nurse's or public health nurse's appointment services but were unable to get the services or were provided with insufficient services. Based on the question: Do you feel you received enough of the following health care services in the previous 12 months? The items in the battery of questions included nurse's or public health nurse's appointment services.
