Definition
The indicator shows the percentage of health service users aged 20 or over who felt they were examined without undue delay. Based on the question: "The following questions concern access to treatment during your most recent appointment, mentioned above", presented below as, for instance "Were you examined without undue delay? The response options were: 1) absolutely yes, 2) to some extent, 3) not really, 4) absolutely not, 5) cannot say The examination includes the respondents who chose option 1) absolutely yes. The respondents excluded from the examination include those who selected the response alternative 5) cannot say or responded "no" to the question: "Have you used health care services (e.g. doctor, nurse, hospital, dentist, dental hygienist) in the past 12 months?"
