Defining Attributes

Definition

The indicator shows the percentage of health service users aged 20 or over who had a positive client experience in health services. Those aged 20 or over with a relatively high level of education are examined. The relative level of education has been calculated for each decade of age based on the years of education indicated by the respondents to the FinSote study. Based on the questions: "The following questions relate to the interaction with the professional you met (doctor/nurse or other health care professional) during your most recent appointment". The items in the battery of questions included a) Was enough time spent with you during your appointment?, b) Were things explained to you in an understandable way?, c) Could you ask questions or express concerns about the recommended care?, d) Did you get to participate in the decisions concerning your care as much as you wanted to?
