Definition
The percentage of oral-health-care patients aged 18 and over in outpatient primary health care gives the percentage of patients seen by a dentist, a dental assistant and a dental hygienist in health-centre oral-health-care units in the total population of the same age, during the year. An individual patient may have several visits during the year. The population data refer to year-end data.
