Definition

The indicator shows the share of population aged at least 65 who have undergone a medical examination in a similarly aged population. The indicator includes health examinations recorded in the Avohilmo data collection as outpatient care appointments in primary health care including procedure data.

Numerator

Number of individuals aged 65 and over who have undergone a medical examination.

Denominator

Total population of individuals aged 65 and over.
