Defining Attributes

Definition

The indicator shows the percentage of health service users aged 20 or over who felt that the use of health services was working smoothly. Based on the following questions: "Have the following factors interfered with you receiving treatment in the past 12 months? The question does not apply to visits for coronavirus vaccinations or tests.". The presented items included: "I was sent back and forth from one service unit to another in connection with taking care of my case", and "I had to explain my situation to several employees or many different times".
