Definition
The indicator gives the average number of oral health care dentist visits to health centres per thousand inhabitants aged 18 and over during the statistical year. In addition to clients'/patients' consultation visits to dentists, dentist visits in outpatient primary health care here also include visits by dentists to clients/patients.
Numerator
The total number of dental care visits in health centres meeting the inclusion criteria during the statistical year.
Denominator
The total number of inhabitants aged 18 and over at the end of the statistical year, divided by 1,000
