The indicator shows the sub-area in the continuity of care, the care relationship between the patient and the professional, and the average continuity of interaction for patients who have used non-urgent, out-patient professional visits (doctor) in primary health care.
Numerator
The Bice-Boxerman Continuity of Care Index score. The higher the value assigned to the indicator, the better continuity of care has been realised for the residents of the area.
