Definition

The indicator shows the proportion of primary health care outpatient clients per 1000 inhabitants. The indicator includes the clients in the Register of Primary Health Care Visits (Avohilmo) data collection in different service forms (excluding home care, home help and oral health care), all events without limitations to the method of contact or the professional's occupation.
