For all patients with established CVD (CHD, stroke, TIA, or pvd) or after a cerebrovascular ischaemic event, there should be a record that anti-platelet therapy (acetilsalicilna kislina, clopidogrel or equivalent) at least 75 mg daily has been offered, unless contraindicated
