Denominator
Denominator 1: Population count Denominator 2: Estimated population with diabetes. Countries are requested to provide the diabetes prevalence estimates for each age cohort (proportion between 0 and 1). If countries do not have prevalence estimates for the specified age cohorts, they may apply the average or a linear estimate across the cohorts. The population with diabetes will be calculated by applying the estimated proportion (0-1) of the general population in each age cohort that has diabetes.
