The response options to Question 21 are: (1) Doctor/General Practitioner, (2) Nurse Practitioner, (3) Pharmacist/Chemist, (4) Mental Health Nurse, (5) District Nurse, (6) Hospital Doctor or Nurse (A&E or Minor Injuries), (7) Ambulance/Paramedic, (8) Other/Unknown.
