Definition

Percentage of all ambulatory primary care visits that occurred on weekends is calculated by dividing the count of primary care visits that occurred on weekends by the count of total ambulatory primary care visits (that occurred on weekdays or weekends) at the practice level and multiplying the result by 100.

Numerator

The number of primary care visits that occurred on weekends.

Denominator

The total number of ambulatory primary care visits that occurred on weekdays or weekends per 100.
