Definition

The percentage of sampled Medicare enrollees (denominator) who reported that they were reminded about filling or refilling a prescription (numerator). CAHPS Survey Question (question number varies depending on survey type): • In the last 6 months, did anyone from a doctor's office, pharmacy or your prescription drug plan contact you to make sure you filled or refilled a prescription?
