Defining Attributes

Definition

Percentage of patients that meet the key attributes of patient experience that include first-contact accessibility, continuity, co-ordination and people-centredness. Patient-reported experiences addresses some of the key domains of core primary care functions through the lens of the patient. It includes the following domains: first contact accessibility, continuity, co-ordination, and people-centredness.
