Definition
The percentage of members 13 years of age and older who were diagnosed with a substance use disorder (SUD) during the measurement year. Four rates are reported: 1.) The percentage of members diagnosed with an alcohol disorder; 2.) The percentage of members diagnosed with an opioid disorder; 3.) The percentage of members diagnosed with a disorder for other or unspecified drugs; 4.) The percentage of members diagnosed with any substance use disorder.
Numerator
The number of members 13 years of age and older who were diagnosed with a substance use disorder (SUD) during the measurement year. 1.) The number of members diagnosed with an alcohol disorder; 2.) The number of members diagnosed with an opioid disorder; 3.) The number of members diagnosed with a disorder for other or unspecified drugs; 4.)
