This measure provides detail on the percentage of patients who had to wait less than 1 hour to see a health care professional when they went to their clinic for a walk-in appointment. (1 hour or less, 1 hour to less than 2 hours, 2 hours to less than 3 hours, 3 hours to less than 4 hours 4 or more hours)
Numerator
The number of patients who answered "1 hour or less' to the survey question.
Denominator
The number of responses to the question.
Exclusions
Patients who's last health care appointment was not a walk-in appointment were excluded.
