Numerator
Enrolled patients of 12 years of age and over with MDD diagnosis and with a significant score (≥10) on their PHQ-9 assessment or medication prescribed for MDD in the past 24 months who have received PHQ-9 assessment in the last 12 months.
Denominator
Enrolled patients with 12 years of age and over and with MDD and with a significant score of (≥10) on PHQ-9 assessment or received medication for MDD in past 24 months.
