Definition

Percent of enrolled patients 18 years of age and over with congestive heart failure who have been reviewed for exemptions from using ACE Inhibitors / ARB (LVEF=>40% and/or any other) or who are prescribed ACE inhibitors or ARB in the last 12 months.

Numerator

Enrolled patients 18 years of age and over with congestive heart failure who have been using ACE inhibitors or ARB in the last 12 months or have been reviewed for exemptions from using ACE Inhibitors / ARB (LVEF=>40% and/or any other) in the last 12 months.

Denominator

Enrolled patients 18 years of age and over with congestive heart failure.
