Defining Attributes

Definition

Percentage of eligible patients that were offered an STBBI screen and were counselled on STBBI prevention.

Numerator

Enrolled patients who are either: (1) 12-30 years of age and sexually active or injecting drugs, and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review in the past 12 months, (2) 30 years of age and older and new or multiple sex partners or injecting drugs and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review in the past 12 months, (3) 30 years of age and older and no disclosed risk factors and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review in the past 36 months, (4) 70 years of age and older and no previous STBBI testing, and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review, (5) Requesting STBBI screening in the past 24 months and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review in the past 24 months, (5) Have STBBI in problem list and were offered STBBI screening/counselling and immunisation status review in the past 12 months.

Denominator

Enrolled patients who are either: (1) 12-29 years of age and sexually active or injecting drugs, (2) ≥30 years of age, (3) Requesting STBBI screening within the last 24 months, (4) Have STBBI in problem list.
