Definition

Percentage of admitted long-term home care clients who were assessed in the reporting fiscal year.

Numerator

The number of unique long-term/maintenance clients who were admitted (i.e., admission records were submitted) in the reporting fiscal year, and for whom a RAI-HC© assessment was submitted by the end of quarter 4 of the reporting fiscal year.

Denominator

The total number of unique long-term/maintenance clients who were admitted (i.e., admission records were submitted) in the reporting fiscal year.
