Defining Attributes

Definition

This survey asks participants to respond to the following question: When doctors spoke about your care in front of you, were you included in the conversation? Answer options: yes always, sometimes, no never.

Numerator

A subset of the denominator that represents patients aged 16 and older who responded to questions about being included in their care conversation.

Denominator

Patients aged 16 and older who responded to questions regarding being included in care plan conversations.

Exclusions

Admitted to maternity or psychiatric units, did not stay overnight.
