Definition

The average percentage of healthcare personnel (HCP) who are considered up to date with recommended COVID-19 vaccines among the total number of HCP who regularly work in the facility.

Numerator

The cumulative number of HCP who are considered up to date with recommended COVID-19 vaccines administered at the healthcare facility; or reported in writing (paper or electronic) or provided documentation of being up to date with recommended COVID-19 vaccines.

Denominator

The number of HCP eligible to work in the healthcare facility for at least one day during the one-week data collection reporting period.

Exclusions

Persons with contraindications/exclusions to COVID-19 vaccination.
