This measure is a count of the number of days that have gone by with no new pressure ulcers identified.

Pressure ulcers present of day of admission / transfer in a healthcare setting and those where damage began prior to admission; Grade 1 pressure ulcers (as their presentation may not be a clear pressure ulcer). Skin damage from moisture, for example, incontinence dermatitis.
