Defining Attributes

Definition

Proportion of patients with dementia where support for relatives has been initiated. The support can be provided by the organisation that has made the diagnosis, but in many cases relatives and other close relatives are referred to the relative support provided by the municipalities. The support for relatives can, for example, be support calls, training or written information about where they can turn for support.
