Monthly Delayed Transfers of Care Return (MSitDT), collected on a local authority and provider basis. Organisations submit data to NHS England through a template via NHS Digital's SDCS system, and LA data is mapped to CCG level. Office for National Statistics population estimates by district are used to calculate the number of delayed days per 100,000.
