Primary Care First (PCF) Patient Experience of Care Survey (PECS) (based on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Clinician and Groups Survey, with PCF supplemental items), designed to measure the experiences of people receiving care from Practice Sites participating in the Primary Care First model. Must be conducted by all practice sites. Providers contract with approved survey vendors for the data collection and implementation of the survey. Survey data collection begins in September and ends in December each year.
