Emergency services provided by the Scottish Ambulance Service and NHS board accident and emergency services; emergency and/or out-of-hours dental services; minor injuries units, and NHS organisations that do not deliver primary care out-of-hours services, including Healthcare Improvement Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland and NHS Health Scotland.

ISD datamart. Automated data collected via Adastra, the out-of-hours patient management system used in all 14 territorial NHS boards, and manual data collection methods. National Services Scotland worked with Advanced Health and Care, the provider of Adastra, to develop an automatic data extraction to a data repository (ISD datamart) managed by the Information Services Division of National Services Scotland.
