Waiting times datamart, an 'operational', dynamic database where records can be continually updated - NHS Boards submit extracts on a frequent basis from hospital patient administration systems for those people waiting for care. SMR01 holds episode level, discharge based information on acute hospital stays. These records have been used to calculate unadjusted waiting times based on date of admission.
