Defining Attributes

Definition

Percentage of designated supportive living or long-term care residents that are placed into their most preferred living option. An individual is asked to choose at least one most preferred living option and other preferred options when transitioning into designated supportive living or long-term care.

Numerator

Total number of individuals placed into their most preferred designated supportive living or long-term care site.

Denominator

The total number of individuals placed into a designated supportive living or long-term care site, provincially, or in a given zone.
